3. Preheat and Post?Weld Heat Treatment of carbon and low alloy steels.
4. Solution heat treatment of stainless steels
5. Nonferrous alloys: work?hardening, stress relief, grain growth and recrystallization
6. Precipitation hardening of nonferrous alloys. Examples of nickel, aluminum and copper based alloys.
